I am the girl whose mother, future mother in law and best friends repeatedly told while gown shopping, "Teresa, you're looking for the gown to wear to your wedding, not to an award's ceremony!"
So, imagine my delight with the dresses of this years Oscars! I loved so many of them, but my two favorites are:
Taraji Henson
and the always lovely Sarah Jessica Parker.

yeah seriously there were so. many. white/beige/shimmery gowns at the oscars this year. like one big wedding awards ceremony!
